I understand a membership pause can be applied with a minimum of 5 days notice and a fee of £20 per pause request. Pauses cannot be backdated. Paused periods will not count towards a contractual minimum term and will extend any minimum term if applicable by the number of paused weeks. Memberships cannot be paused during the notice period of a cancellation request. Membership payments resume after the paused period with the scheduled dates adjusted.
